What is Catalyst?
Catalyst is Cheshire Constabulary's internal
newspaper. It is a 16-page tabloid publication with
10 editions produced every year.
Who reads Catalyst?
Catalyst is distributed at headquarters and police stations
throughout the county for police officers and
police staff to read. It is also sent out to
retired police officers.
What are the aims of Catalyst?
Catalyst is an effective way for us to communicate
information to staff, such as change in policies, new
initiatives, good practice and general police-related matters, in
an accessible, reader-friendly way. It also acts as a means
for people to have their say about issues within the Force.
As with all newspapers, it is created to inform, educate and
entertain.
