responsible for receiving and validating requests for disclosure to

Making a request
Should a Solicitor wish to make a request for
information relating to Family Court Proceedings, they should
first obtain the typed/stamped court
order requesting Cheshire Constabulary to release information
for Family Court proceedings and
send it, together with a full covering

Requests for information must be made as far in advance of court
proceedings as possible.
We advise a minimum of 10 workings days
required to complete these requests.
Should information be disclosed, we will request payment by
invoice shortly after.
