Please can I have a copy of your maternity policy? In
particular, I want to know whether an officer continues to accrue
annual leave whilst on maternity leave, including unpaid maternity
leave.
Response
In accordance with section 1 (1) (b) of the Act our response is
provided below;
Please find attached the requested Maternity Policy, in answer
to your question Annual Leave entitlement is not affected by
maternity leave. If you are on paid or unpaid maternity leave, you
continue to accrue your entitlement to annual leave as normal.
