An article in the Northwich Guardian published on the 15th March 2009 stated that a pub landlord purchased a educational tool for your police force.

Under the freedom of information act 2000 i would like to know the following:

Where was this educational tool purchased from? Please give me the name of the company or organisation who was paid the £350 to provide this tool.
Are the contents of the box genuine examples of illegal drugs or are they merely reproductions to show what the drugs look like?
