Please may I request a complete list of subcontractors,
suppliers and consultants that have worked on or are working on the
construction of the training centre at Oakmere Rd, Winsford
Response
Your request is in two parts relating to:
A) subcontractors, suppliers and consultants who have worked on
the site mentioned and
B) subcontractors, suppliers and consultants who are working on
the construction of the training centre.
In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is
provided below;
A) The Authority does not hold information, with one exception,
relating to the subcontractors and suppliers who have worked on the
site. The engaging of subcontractors and suppliers was entirely
under the control of the principle contractor Pierse UK.
The exception is Ryder Levett Bucknall (RLB) Project
Management
B) There are no subcontractors or suppliers currently working on
the construction of the training centre. Construction work is
currently on hold.
Ryder Levett Bucknall (RLB) Project Management are currently
engaged by the Authority in relation to this site.
