Polish Driving Licence

1. How many drivers by the name of Prawo Jazdy (meaning - in Polish - driving licence) have been entered into the system along with an accompanying address and relevant details for speeding offences and parking related driving offences? Could the information requested please be provided from 2004, broken down year-by-year, and separated numbers for speeding offences and for parking offences?
2. Any internal memos on the subject  Prawo Jazdy/ and, or comments on the steps taken to rectify the problem?

The Cheshire Constabulary neither confirm nor denies that it holds any of the information requested. To give a statement of the reasons why neither confirming nor denying is appropriate in this case would itself involve disclosure of exempt information, therefore under section 17 (4), no explanation can be given. To the extent that Section 40 (5) Personal Information applies, the Cheshire Constabulary has determined that in all the circumstances of the case the public interest in maintaining the exclusion of the duty to neither confirm nor deny outweighs the public interest in confirming whether or not the information is held.
