1. I am the owner of the above property (which is also known as xxxx Street) and I have been informed that the police have been called out to the property on several occasions.

2. I am writing to request a copy of the details of those call outs so that I can look into the nature of the events for the safety of my property and tenant and to see if my tenant has breached any of the terms of his tenancy agreement.

3. I can provide proof of ownership of the property if required.
