Has your force adopted the procedure on reviews of injury awards
set out in Annex C to Home Office Circular 46/2004 and in what year
did you adopt the procedure?
How many police officers have been subject to a review of their
injury awards upon reaching retirement age in each year since 2004,
broken down by the age at which they had the review?
How many of the officers who were subjected to that review had
their injury awards reduced as a result in each year since 2004,
broken down by (a) the amount of money by which the award was
reduced and (b) the band in which they were placed.
How many of the officers who were subjected to that review had
their injury awards reduced to Band 1 and 0% as a result in each
year since 2004, broken down by (a) the amount of money by which
the award was reduced and (b) the band in which they were in prior
to the review.
