Request
1. In the 08/09 financial year how many police officers, who
were on-duty and driving a police vehicle when they triggered a
speeding detection camera, did NOT have the fixed penalty fine
cancelled?
2. For each of the cases in Q.1. where an officer did receive a
fixed penalty notice please state: (a) what speed were they
recorded as driving, (b) what was the speed limit for that section
of road at the time and (c) state the location of the offence.
