Following our telephone discussion, could you please provide a
breakdown of homophobic crime committed in the period 2008/9 in
Cheshire? Both convictions and failed cases in the key
major categories are ideally required, for example:
Failure to provide services to people owing to homophobia
Physical homophobic attacks on people
Verbal homophobic abuse directed at individuals
Delivery of messages (sermons, speeches, etc.) deemed to be
homophobic to a gathering of people.
