1. The total duration of incoming calls, over the last accounting period (any reasonable way of expressing this is fine, provided it allows a meaningful daily average to be calculated).  
2. If available, a breakdown of incoming call numbers between mobile and land line calls.
3. If any calls to this number generate income for your police force, and if so, what that income was during the last accounting period.
4. Where calls to this number are re-directed - normally this would be a regular geographic number.
5. A summary of the costs of operating this number, over the last accounting period.
