Notices of Allegations

Can I have the following information:

1. The total number of officers who by division have had 3 or more complaints for the years 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 and of complaints per officer.
2. And if from the above the total numbers who with in those groups who have faced discipline procedures.

Sorry, maybe I can make the whole request simple, the question' are:

1. What is the total number of officers in Western who have had more than 3 Notices of Allegations (15) served on for the year 2008 & 2009
2. Out of those officers how many of them have been subject to Stage 1 to Stage 3 meetings.

Your Question 2 however has caused some problems and we are unable to provide a response. It appears that you are seeking to connect the answers to Question 2 from the result of Question 1 but they are about two entirely different issues and we are not sure you understand what processes are involved. Your clarification has not helped as this relates to performance not discipline and will be dealt with by the relevant BCU Human Resources Departments.

Can we suggest that if you are seeking clarification of your own particular circumstances that you discuss them with the Federation and your HR manager. Both have knowledge of the various processes and we would think that both could help you understand how they may affect you as an individual.
