I would like to request information relating to incidents
occurring in Warrington town centre licensed premises. Please can
you inform me of the amount of incidents relating to alcohol have
been recorded for the last year (2009) in Warrington town centre
per licenced premises. I know that your policy is to reply within
21 days however if you have the information to hand quicker this
would be much appreciated.

Pubs, Clubs and licensed premises along with other public or
prominent buildings are often used as a landmark location by both
the public and police officers. It does not always follow that an
incident reported as being at or near particular licensed premises
necessarily occurred within those premises. Therefore statistics
should be viewed with caution and not relied upon without further
investigation.
