The issue I have chosen is the time police officers spend on
patrol (High-visibility Policing) relative to time on paperwork,
both incident and non-incident related. I would be grateful if you
could provide me with an idea of the times spent by police officers
on patrol or paperwork and/or examples of the paperwork Officers
have to file and why this paperwork is necessary.
