1. The number of police officers who were suspended from their posts following allegations of misconduct in a public office between the calendar year of 2008 and 2009.
2. Of the police officers suspended from their posts following allegations of misconduct in a public office between the calendar year of 2008 and 2009, how many were charged.
3. Of the police officers suspended from their posts following allegations of misconduct in a public office between the calendar year of 2008 and 2009, how many were found guilty of the charges.
4. Of the police officers found guilty of misconduct in a public office between the calendar year of 2008 and 2009, how many were charged with:
a) Drug Offences
b) Indecent Assault or Sex Offences
c) Assault
d) Theft
e) Fraud

5. Of the police officers charged and found guilty of misconduct in a public office between the calendar year of 2008 and 2009, how many still hold a position with in the police force.

In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is provided below;

1. Number of Police Officer suspended from their posts during period 1st April 2008-to 31st March 2009 = 5
2 Number of Officers suspended who were charged = 5
3. Number found guilty of charges = 5
4. Number charged with a) Drug offences = 0
b) Indecent Assault/Sex Offences = 0
c) Assault = 1
d) Theft = 1
e) Fraud = 1
