1) How many ‘public sex environments’ or public places
for the purposes of a sex encounter have been designated within
your Police Force Area?
(2) What policy or guidance has been adopted or is
applied by your Police Force in respect of the policing of any
public sex environments within your Police Force area and if there
is a written statement of such policy please would you supply a
copy?
(3) To what extent does your Police Force comply with
the guidance document produced by the Association of Chief Police
Officers in connection with the policing of public sex
environments?
(4) What consultation has your Police Force conducted with the
public or other community stakeholders in connection with the
identification of or policing of any public sex environment in your
Police Force area?
