Could you please supply me with the following information:

5. How many requests/visits for a Forensic Medical Examiner (FME) in 2009 or 2009/10, broken down by reason for request/visit e.g. Blood forensics, Blood RTA, FTD, FTI, etc?
6. How many requests/visits for a Custody Nurse in 2009 or 2009/10, broken down by reason for request/visit e.g. Blood forensics, Blood RTA, FTD, FTI, etc?
7. How many requests/visits for a Sexual Offence Examiner in 2009 or 2009/10?
8. What was the overall Cost of the service per annum for 2008, 2009 or 2008/09 and 2009/10?
