I would like to know the number of accidents, both fatal or non
fatal, reported to the Police on Hind Heath Road Sandbach over the
last five years please?
Response
In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is
provided below;
Please note the following:
The police record fatal and injury accidents. They do not as a
rule record damage only accidents. Those accidents that have been
recorded are listed in the attached Excel sheet 1.
The police do however receive reports of non injury accidents or
accidents that are reported to them as injury accidents but which
transpire not to be so. Those 'incidents' are of course recorded on
our command & control system and are listed in the attached
Excel sheet 2. They are referred to as road related incidents.
There may be some duplication between the two sheets.
