Request
I would like to request information under the freedom of
information act as to the reason why police attended our home at xx
xxxxx xxxxxx Ellesmere Port on Saturday 19th June reagarding an
incident concerning "loud music", including what the incident
report says and classed it as, and what was said by the
complaintive to the call centre operative to get you to attend,
because after we made a simliar complaint a week later, according
to your call operative, who was very unfriendly and put the phone
down 3 times, and a duty sergeant we spoke to today, "loud music"
is not classed as a public order offence and is dealt with by the
local council.
