The number of children aged 10 to 18 who have been given Fixed
Penalty Notices (FPN) in the ‘08/’09 financial year and what
offences or disorderly behaviour were the FPNs given for (children
aged 10 to 18 only)?

In accordance with section 1 (1) (b) of the Act our response is
provided below;
Your request asks for Fixed Penalty Notices, these relate to
traffic offences. However, you do state for disorderley behaviour
therefore I have provided you with the information requested for
Penalty Notice for Disorder, please see below:
A total of 5 PNDs issued to under youths (i.e. under 18)
- 2 for Section 5 Public Order
- 2 for Shop lifting
- 1 for Criminal damage
