Details of information required: I am researching the top speeds reached by motorists on the Cheshire motorway network.

Over the last 12 months, i.e since the start of July 2009, can you tell me:

  1. The Top 10 speeds recorded by drivers on the M62 (between Junctions 7 to 12, which is patrolled by Cheshire) the Cheshire controlled parts of the M53, and the Cheshire controlled part of the M56, ie Junctions 7 to 15.
  2. For the ten top results, can you tell me, the time and date, the location in terms of where on the motorway, the type of car, the sex and age of person driving if stopped, and if it led to a prosecution, and if so, the punishment imposed.
