   (b) What is the location of the average speed camera site with the most activations in 2009-10 and how many were there?
4. (a) How many tickets from average speed camera sites were issued in total for the 2008-09 financial year?
   (b) How many average speed camera sites were there in total in 2008-09?
5. (a) How many tickets from average speed camera sites were issued in total for the 2007-08 financial year?
   (b) How many average speed camera sites were there in total in 2007-08?
