In accordance with section 1 (1) (b) of the Act our response is
provided below;

The number of dogs seized between 1/1/10 and 1/6/10 under S1
Dangerous Dogs act 1991 is 16
Question 2
No dogs were seized under S3 of the Dangerous dogs act in the
same period.
Question 3
No dogs were seized in the same period having been used in
crime.
Question 4
No dogs held by us have been destroyed or died through unknown
causes, illness or behavioural issues.
