How many vehicles have been issued with fixed penalty
tickets/prosecuted for parking on the pavement in the Chester Area
in 2009.
Response
In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is
provided below;
There have been 114 tickets issued in the Chester area for
causing an 'unnecessary obstruction' Unfortunately its not possible
to state that they all refer to parking on the footpath as the do
not specify.
