Stolen Automobile

I'm seeking information on a police report for a person named, xxxx xxxx, who resides at 13 xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx, xx. Apparently she was arrested on the weekend of March 20th (or March 27th), 2010, in a stolen automobile, did not possess a driver's license, and was detained for a period of time. Also I would like to understand if the case has been resolved or is still under investigation.

I would like to obtain any information possible in PDF or other graphic image format.

The Cheshire Constabulary neither confirms nor denies that it holds any of the information requested. To give a statement of the reasons why neither confirming nor denying is appropriate in this case would itself involve the disclosure of exempt information, therefore under section 17 (4), no explanation can be given. To the extent that section 40(5) applies, the Cheshire Constabulary has determined that in all the circumstances of the case the public interest in maintaining the exclusion of the duty to confirm nor deny outweighs the public interest in confirming whether or not information is held.
