Hospitality & Gifts

I would like to request all information held on hospitality and gifts received by the Chief Constable, Deputy Chief Constable, Assistant Chief Constables and Assistant Chief Officers, and any directors in the chief officer team on a year by year basis for each of the past three financial years (2007/08, 2008/09, 2009/10).

For gifts, I would like the date the gift was given, a description of the gift provided in each case, the name of the individual/organisation which has provided the gift and the estimated value, where available.

For hospitality, I would like date the hospitality was given, the name of the organisation that provided the hospitality, a description detailing the nature of the hospitality (meal, function etc) and the location where the hospitality was provided (restaurant name etc), and the estimated value of the hospitality, where available.

In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is provided below;
