Total Spend Safety Camera Partnership

Information requested:  Total annual spend (£) of casualty reduction/safety camera partnership with adi uk Ltd between 2002 and 2009 format of information one monetary figure (£ STERLING) per financial year from 2002/03 to 2008/09 to be sent using the attached spreadsheet format. 

Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to receive information regarding the activities of the Safety Camera Partnership, also sometimes known as the Casualty Reduction Partnership between and including the financial years 2002/03 and 2008/09.

I understand the Partnership, which was a cross-organisational group including the Police, City/County Council, Highways Agency and Courts Service, undertook marketing and advertising activities in order to educate and inform the public about road safety issues, particularly in reference to speeding and traffic light offences.

I am aware that on occasion between 2002 and 2009 the Partnership may have utilised the services of ADI UK Ltd. I am further aware that specific information about charges and costs appertaining to individual advertising campaigns might not be available under FOI; I am therefore requesting general information which would not hinder the future commercial practices of the Partnership or of ADI UK Ltd.

I would like to request information relating to the annual spend by the Partnership on goods and services supplied by ADI UK Ltd. I would like one total annual spend figure which equates to the total net invoice value per annum submitted to the partnership or its lead authority from ADI UK Ltd for the following financial years:

I would like this presented to me in the format that appears on the attached spreadsheet. I would also like this information returning to me by email.

For the avoidance of confusion I am not interested in specific charges for a billboard, busback, outdoor poster site, CD-Rom, television screen or any other individual media utilised. I only require total annual spend. It would therefore be impossible to use the requested information to ascertain individual charges. Additionally the information relates to historical financial years and therefore would be of no direct impact on current marketing practices by the partnership or ADI UK Ltd.
