I would like you to provide me with details of fixed penalities
and summons issued within the specified period for the
contravention of the road traffic signs at either end of Coare
street.
If no data is available I would suggest that this data should be
collated as this is an ongoing local issues
Response
In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is
provided below;
For the period in question 24 Fixed Penalty Notices have been
issued for contravening the 'prohibition of motor vehicles' (except
for access) at the location stated. No offences have been dealt
with by way of summons.
