Those persons have no expectations that their names would be made publically available nor are they empowered to negotiate or purchase products on behalf of the Constabulary.

Of those staff who are in public facing roles the Constabulary publishes their details on our web site. This information is therefore reasonably accessible to you by other means and is exempt information in accordance with section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
