The names of staff members in senior management positions or in public facing roles have also been published. The Cheshire Constabulary does not publish the names of staff in none public facing roles. Such staff members have no expectation that their names will be publicised nor are such members of staff authorised to enter into negotiations on behalf on the Constabulary. Please note the following: I have supplied you with answers to your questions where possible and without using exemptions as that information which can be disclosed is readily available to you in any event. The Constabulary receives numerous request for IT department information, many of which are duplicated and some of which are clearly from persons acting in concert. Such repeated requests are likely to be deemed as vexatious under S14 of the Act, as together they form a significant burden for staff. There is no public interest to be served in responding to such requests over and over again.
