Communications between Ranking Police Officers and Commissioners

I am writing following under Freedom of Information. Please disclose all communications between executive ranking police (Chief Constables, Deputy Chief Constables, Assistant Chief Constables, Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners and Deputy Assistant Commissioners) and the secretary of state, her ministers and senior civil servants on the subject of the election of police and crime commissioners.

Please define communications as letters, emails or faxes. Please provide both correspondence from executive ranking police and the Home Office response (secretary of state, ministers and senior civil servants). Please include original copies of documents where possible. Please provide the communications sent since May 6th this year.
