The information which I require is the figures
- crimes committed by teenagers in the year 2008 - 2009 (can this
be types of crimes and the number of crimes)
- the percentage of crimes committed by teenagers, from all
crimes committed in the year 2008 - 2009 (this is the percentage of
teenage crime compared to all crime)
Response
In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is
provided below;
Question 1: Please see the attached Excel sheet:
Question 2: We do not hold that information. We do not calculate
percentages, however we have provide you with a table of all crimes
committed for the same period from which you should be able to
calculate the percentage values.
