Silver Jubilee Bridge

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.

I want to collect data on road collisions on the Silver Jubilee Bridge and its approach roads during the most recent available 12-month period. Ideally this would be the period from January 2010-January 2011. If this is not possible, please provide data from the most recent available period and explain why the period above is unavailable.

I would like information on the following:

Details of each collision on the A533 Queensway between, and including, its junctions with Weston and Daresbury expressways in Runcorn, and its junctions with Waterloo Road and the A558 in Widnes.

For each collision I require:

• Time and date when the collision was reported. 
•  The location. 
• The number of vehicles involved. 
• The kinds of vehicles involved, including make and model. 
•  The number and nature of injuries. 
• The damage to vehicles. 
•  The company to which any commercial vehicle involved in the collision belonged. 
•  The nationality of drivers involved. 
•  The town or city of residence of drivers involved. 
•  The estimated velocities of any vehicles involved. 
•  Whether any court proceedings are impending or have taken place. 
•  Whether any arrests were made. 
•  The cause or causes, if any, established to be behind the incident.
• Whether any road works or lane closures were ongoing on the bridge at the time of the crash.
• Cargo of the vehicle involved.
