Diesel Vehicles Misfuelled

Please provide the number of diesel vehicles currently operated by the Cheshire Police.
The number of occasions any of these vehicles has been mis-filled with petrol requiring unscheduled servicing during each of the last two years.
Please provide the total direct cost associated with the mis-fuelling events.
If the motor vehicles are owned/maintained by a leasing company please provide the name of the leasing company.

In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is provided below;

1. Cheshire Police operate 540 diesel vehicles

2. 09/10 = 16 times 10/11 = 26 times total = 42 times

3. 09/10 = £2609.50 10/11 = £4466.97 total = £7076.47

4.Cheshire Police vehicles are outright purchased and not owned by leasing companies.
