Please could you tell me, for the area covered by your force:

1/ How many incidents of robbery, attempted robbery or burglary occurred at premises registered as a GP surgery in:
a) 2007
b) 2008
c) 2009
d) 2010

2/ How many assaults or violent crimes occurred at premises registered as a GP surgery in:
a) 2007
b) 2008
c) 2009
d) 2010

3/ How many sexual assaults occurred at premises registered as a GP surgery in:
a) 2007
b) 2008
c) 2009
d) 2010

4/ For each incident listed in the response to the previous three questions above, please can you provide:
a) Time, date and location of reported crime
b) Nature of crime reported
c) If suspects were believed to be armed (and details of suspected weapons, eg knife or firearm)
d) Whether GPs, GPs’ staff or NHS staff were the victims of the incident
e) Whether anyone was hurt
f) The number of people proceeded against in relation to these incidents, and the type of proceeding that took place

1) There were no robberies or attempted robberies listed. There were 29 'Burglary in a building other than a dwelling' listed.
