Copy of Incident

Request

With regard to my discussions with Staff Officer Steve Hopkins at Warrington, please provide me a copy of the document relating to incident 597 and the log book records for the 12th and 13th February 2010, in conjunction with the raid on my home by Grampian Police Officers.

It would also be helpful if you could provide me with a copy of the warrant executed to authorise the raid, which has consistently been withheld from me and two members of parliament. If the warrant actually exists and is lawful, I see no reason why I cannot see it.

Your prompt response would be appreciated, in order to avoid any delay to legal process.

The information you have requested is exempt by virtue of section 40 (2) of the Act, personal data.

Section 40(1) any information to which a request for information relates is exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject.
