My questions relate to complaints about rape, sexual assault and
sexual grooming offences involving a street gang (consisting of two
or more members) or multiple offenders.
In light of this, please allow me to re-define my application,
as below:
Question 1: Withdrawn.

Question 3: How many complaints about rape, sexual assault and
sexual grooming, involving a street gang (consisting of two or more
members) or multiple offenders, were received during the period
2005 to 2010?
Question 4: How many of these complaints were made by female
victims?
Question 5: How many of these complaints were made by male
victims?
Response
In accordance with section 1(1) (a) of the Act our response is
provided below;
There is no information held.
Just to be clear, Cheshire does not have the same street related
problems that large conurbations experience and although there have
been rapes committed by two or more offenders they are not part of
any 'gang related activity'.
It may be of assistance to view the crime statistic on our
