I am writing to you to request the following information under
the terms of the Freedom of Information Act.
1. The number of allegations made against individuals for
breaches of the Hunting Act 2004 in calendar years 2009 and
2010
2. The number of investigations conducted under the Hunting Act
2004 in calendar years 2009 and 2010
3. The total number of people charged with offences under the
Hunting Act in calendar years 2009 and 2010
4. The total number of police hours spent on the investigations
conducted under the Hunting Act 2004 in calendar years 2009 and
2010
5. The total number of cautions made under the Hunting Act 2004
in calendar years 2009 and 2010
6. The total number of convictions made under the Hunting Act
2004 in calendar years 2009 and 2010
