I appreciate any time and effort you and your team can give me to evaluate the stats properly. I have attached a copy of the assignment, what this information is required for, if I could direct you towards the conclusion. I need the statistical breakdown during February.

Question: "With regards to '% female' and 'Age Span' are you referring to the victim, offender or witness etc.?"

Answer: I need information upon the victim, offender and witnesses along with time of day of reported incidents.
