Domestic Violence Incidents

Under the terms of the FoI Act, I would like to request the following information from Cheshire Constabulary:

The number of domestic violence qualified reported incidents (rather than recorded crimes) between 1 April 2005 - 31 March 2010, broken down by:

1) Financial year (1 Apr-31 Mar)

2) Gender (where possible under the time constraints imposed by the Act)

3) Local Authority District

In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is provided below;
