Sudden Deaths

Could you please supply the following information in respect of the Coroner's call out rota.

I would like to request figures relating to the following from 1 January 2011 until 31 May 2011

1. The number of Police Duty Call Outs to sudden deaths in the South Cheshire Area.

2. the dates and times and the sequence of the call outs

3. the name of the undertaker requested to attend

4. their acceptance to attend the call out.

for example;
1 September 10.00 hrs Oxleys accepted the call out
1 September 11.00 hrs Tressiders accepted the call out
1 September 15.00 hrs Edwards did not accept call out

5. A list of the undertakers on the rota in the South Cheshire area, the areas they cover and their registered business address and contact number.

Question 5: We have previously supplied you on the 13/09/2010 with a list of all undertakers for the Cheshire Police area. We have further supplied the list, above, to ensure any changes are available. This information is therefore exempt information in accordance with Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, information which is reasonably accessible elsewhere.
