Request
1) The total number of crimes recorded in each of the last 3
years.
2) How many of these were marked "not for further investigation"
after an initial assessment - or an equivalent description meaning
they were screened out.
Please also provide the following if possible within the time
limits stipulated in the Act.
3) The number of crimes in the last year listed by type - eg.
vehicle interference, drug offences, sexual offences etc.
4) The number of crimes in the last year marked "not for further
investigation" listed by type.

provided below;

to you by other means and is therefore exempt information in

Questions 2 & 4. None. Please note Cheshire Constabulary
does not 'screen out' crimes. Each crime is assessed on its
solvability factors. Such factors can change at any time.
