Does the force now, or have you in the past, been paid referral
fees by tow-truck companies, legal firms or similar for alerting
them to a road traffic accident?
If so, please give me details of any such payments in each of
2009/2010 and 2011 to date.
Where possible, please give me the name of the company making
the payment, the amount paid and the date.
I would also appreciate it were you able to provide details of
any contract between the force and the company/companies.

In accordance with section 1(1) (a) of the Act our response is

In respect of each of your questions, there is no information
held by the Cheshire Constabulary.
