I am currently doing some research for a project I am
undertaking and am hoping you might be able to help me. Do any of
your police departments run any kind of exchange initiatives (or
equivalent) to any other countries? If so which countries do they
go to? How often does the program run and how long do they stay
there? Conversely, do you get any policemen from other countries
coming to you?

Cheshire Constabulary does not currently operate any exchange
initiatives. Officers from the Constabulary can of course apply for
overseas secondments advertised by the Foreign and Commonwealth
Office but these are not 'exchange' visits. See the following web
