In the light of the recent disturbances I am going to do a short
item on the air support operations across the country.
To date I have noted activity in London aid [by Sussex and
Surrey air support] reported, presumably to bolster a short term
maintenance issue and in the [new] North West Consortium area. I
guess there are others.
The issues I can forsee might be the good or bad interactivity
of televisiion and radio communications signals from those aircraft
operating outside their own area. Whether they were based away from
their own usual facility or simply flew in for a few hours flight
time.
Could you please let me know of any cooperative instances of air
support affecting your area in as much detail as is available.
With the new NPAS actually proposing this type of operation in
the future this is perhaps a trial for what is to come.

There are no cooperative instances affecting the operational use
of the North West Region air units throughout the region.
