Work Related Cards

i. Does the force have ‘corporate’ credit cards – ie credit cards for expenses and other work-related cards which are distributed by or paid for by or otherwise in the name of the police force? If so how many officers or staff are issued with such ‘corporate’ cards – please list their rank and department? Please also state for each card, the monthly spending limit.

ii. Does the force have any Government Procurement Cards? If so how many officers or staff are issued with such cards – please list their rank and department? Please also state for each card, the monthly spending limit.

iii. Please release the fullest possible breakdown of transactions on these cards for the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 financial years showing at least the data of each transaction, the cost centre allocated by the force – ie the department (or perhaps expenditure type) for which the spend was made, the date of the transactions and the supplier. I am happy to accept an aggregate of all cards but would appreciate, if possible, a separation of Government Procurement Card and ‘corporate’ card expenditure.
