In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is
provided below;
From our records there appears to have been an increase in
reports of ASB in Ellesmere Port over the past 18 months
On 1st March 2010 - 5 incidents reported whereas on 31st August
2011 - 19 incidents reported
