Response

In accordance with section 1(1) (a) of the Act our response is provided below;

Questions 1, 2 & 3. There is no information held. Access to 'unauthorised sites' is blocked on the forces computer network. Therefore staff cannot access any site that is not authorised by the Constabulary. Authorised staff can access sites that may be blocked in order to carry out their duties, i.e investigations.

Questions 3, 4 & 5. Information on access is not available for periods longer than 3 months. Facebook sites are operated by Cheshire Police as part of our corporate communications strategy as are Twitter, Flickr & YouTube. Please see the web link below:  Social Media Cheshire Police

All staff are encouraged to make use of these sites therefore no access data has been compiled.
