Response

In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is provided below;

  1. Cheshire Constabulary support the National Police High Potential Scheme managed by the National Police Improvement Agency.
  2. This is a scheme for serving police officers that is designed to develop the most talented individuals to become the police leaders of the future.
  3. Police officers only are eligible for the scheme up to the rank of sergeant
  4. Identifies and supports officers through a national development programme to become future leaders of the service.
  5. Limited places available.
  6. The scheme is still supported.
