Response
In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is
provided below;
- Cheshire Constabulary support the National Police High
Potential Scheme managed by the National Police Improvement
Agency.
- This is a scheme for serving police officers that is designed
to develop the most talented individuals to become the police
leaders of the future.
- Police officers only are eligible for the scheme up to the rank
of sergeant
- Identifies and supports officers through a national development
programme to become future leaders of the service.
- Limited places available.
- The scheme is still supported.
