Request

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am seeking details on voluntary redundancies, compulsory redundancies and early retirements within the organisation.

Please state how many redundancies were made and early retirements accepted between April 2011 and today’s date.

Please state how many redundancies were made and early retirements accepted in 2010/11 in its entirety.

In both cases, state separately how many redundancies were compulsory, how many were voluntary and how many early retirements were accepted.

Please state the total cost to the organisation of paying for redundancies through redundancy and compensatory packages in 2010/11 and between April 2011 and today’s date.

Please state the projected number of redundancies and early retirements for the remainder of the financial year, if known, and the projected cost.

Where known, please state how many of the above refer to operational staff and how many to staff in administrative roles.
